Limited Edition Care Package - Doula UK
Join me on my journey in becoming a doula. This package is available for my initial clients to take advantage of having doula care at a reduced price. While I am involved in a mentorship training with the highly esteemed Doula UK, I am offering this full care doula package at a highly reduced rate. Initial Consultation - Expectations and contract
You will receive a copy of my signature Janma Ayurvedic care package booklet.
Second trimester appointments
Month 4 - Discussing care plan for the coming trimester (diet, herbal teas, herbal bath blends)
Month 5 - Birth plan options and knowing your rights.
Month 6 - Labour and birth physiology, meditation and breathwork.
One pregnancy massage will be included during your second trimester.
Third trimester
Month 7 - Third trimester care plan session. (Any dietary changes to support imbalance in your body, nourishment in preparation for birth and postpartum)
Month 8 - Biomechanics, rebozo massage and birth positions.
Month 9 - Sessions discussing;
Revisit the birth plan
Postpartum preparation
One pregnancy massage will be included during your third trimester.
Birth Support
On call from 37 weeks
On hand at the birth to support as discussed with the client during the birth plan sessions.
Birth pool hire can be included during the on call period.
Postpartum
15 hours of postpartum support to be taken over the first 42 days (6 weeks) after birth.
Birth debrief session
1x Nabhi Abhyanga (abdominal) massage, with clay belly mask, cleanse and belly binding.
Additional sessions can be arranged at an extra cost. As an established customer you will receive a discounted rate from my standard price off massage therapies or birth supplies including pool hire, or herbal products.
While I am working as a mentored doula the cost of this package has been greatly reduced to £800.
Payments can be made in installments with an initial deposit.
