All of my clients receive a copy of my Janma support package, which contains a wealth of information from ayurvedas understanding of birth and postpartum care, breastfeeding expert from Midwife and IBCLC, Biomechanics for Birth information, and ayurvedic recipe booklet with information on how to properly nourish yourself through postpartum, as well as so much more information that will be added to throughout your care.

Initial appointments for the postpartum package will take place during the end of your pregnancy to prepare for your postpartum, which can include;

The four pillars of postpartum care

Ayurvedic Golden hour preparation

Introduction to breastfeeding

Introduction to cloth nappy wearing

6 x 2hr support sessions over the first 6 weeks which can include;

Birth debrief session

Newborn care,

Introduction to baby massage

Continued breastfeeding support

Herbal bath blends, massage oils, and tea blends

6 week ayurvedic meal support

Belly binding cloth

Full body Abhyangha (hot oil massage) with clay mask, herbal bath and belly binding treatments. This treatment take approximately2 hours.

After the first 42 days, the initial package will be complete. Ongoing care from then on until 2 years postpartum will be discounted at an exclusive client rate. This discount will be redeemable against massage therapy sessions and online products.

(The discount will not be taken off bookings for consecutive pregnancy packages, and can only be redeemed against treatment caring for ailments from the package in which you have already paid for.)
