Postpartum Package
The postpartum window is one of the most precious times in a mother and child's life. Being properly cared for during this time will give you the opportunity to rest and focus on the early days with your baby. Support during this time is an investment that you will not regret.
(Full Postpartum Care)
You will receive a luxury gift pack with ayurvedic essential for birth and postpartum, including herbal blends, massage oils and more essential holistic tools to prepare you for a beautiful and nourished postpartum. As well as this you will be given my Janma Postpartum information pack, which contains a wealth of ayurvedic information, breastfeeding guides from Katie james IBCLC, newborn care information, Biomechanics For Birth information and more.
Initial appointments for the postpartum package will take place during the end of your pregnancy to prepare for your postpartum, which will include;
Initial consultation during you third trimester of pregnancy
Balancing vata - Preparation for postpartum diet plan session.
Postpartum care plan practical session.
12 x 2hr support sessions over the first 6 weeks which can include;
Birth debrief session
Newborn care,
Introduction to developmental and ayurvedic baby massage
Feeding support session
6 week meal support plan and meal delivery.
6 x 2 hour luxury treatments including, full body Abhyangha (oil massage) including nabhi (abdominal massage) with clay mask, herbal bath and belly binding.
After the first 42 days, the initial package will be complete. Ongoing care from then on until 2 years postpartum will be discounted at an exclusive client rate. This discount will be redeemable against massage therapy sessions and online products.
(The discount will not be taken off bookings for consecutive pregnancy packages, and can only be redeemed against treatment caring for ailments from the package in which you have already paid for.)
